We are working with a reputable client based in Northallerton who require a

Workshop Manager to join their team.

The position is a permanent role paying £16.00 - £20.00 per hour (DOE) + Benefits.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm

28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Carpenter or Bench Joiner. The right candidate will also have Management or Supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* General day to day management of production on site

* Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time

* Resolving any production issues that may arise

* To ensure that all works are completed to a high standard

* Responsible for the Health & Safety of factory staff

* Managing parts and supplies Inventory levels

* Maintenance of all workshop tools and equipment

Key Requirements:

* Management or supervisory experience

* Must have Cabinet making, Bench Joiner or Carpentry experience

* Excellent attention to detail
