Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: Erdington, Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Supernumerary hours)

The home is part of an established provider of residential care known for its commitment to delivering person-centred care. With a GOOD CQC, the home is specifically designed for only 3 younger adults with mental health needs, providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities as a Registered Home Manager:

* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.

* Supervision and support of staff, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and delivering excellent care.

* Develop and implement person-centred care plans, promoting individual choices, independence, and well-being for all residents.

* Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring all health and safety & CQC guidelines are met

Requirements as a Registered Home Manager:

* Previous experience in management of elderly care/younger adults

* Experience in CQC notifications
