Main Duties:

Calculating, negotiating and preparing ocean freight quotations
Managing all ocean imports from start to finish
Preparing shipping documentation
Working collaboratively with other departments
Following up quotes
Developing relationships with clients and shipping lines
Managing accounts

Requirements:

Previous experience within a freight forwarding company
2 + years Ocean Imports experience
Customs regulations knowledge
High level of communication skills
