As a Management Accountant, you will be a vital part of the finance team, working closely with operations and senior management. Your responsibilities will include:

Costing & WIP Management - Oversee work-in-progress accounting and ensure accurate cost control
Bills of Materials - Manage and analyse BOMs to improve efficiency and profitability
Financial Reporting - Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis
Business Partnering - Collaborate with production, supply chain, and senior
stakeholders to drive performance
Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reportingThe ideal candidate will be:

Previous experience as a Management Accountant in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of WIP, BOMs, and costing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) - or qualified by experienceWhat is on offer :
