Salary: £31,838.30 - £32,396.32 per annum (based on 2 sleep-ins per week)

Job Overview:
a Care Worker in a children’s home accommodating up to 4 young people aged 10-17, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include helping young people develop essential life skills, promoting their independence, and ensuring their overall well-being. You will implement our trauma-informed emotional regulation (TIER) practice model, which focuses on understanding and addressing the emotional needs of each individual. This approach enables you to provide tailored support, engage in meaningful activities, and celebrate personal milestones, all while fostering resilience and personal growth in the young people in your care
