Our client are leaders in their industry with multiple sites across the UK, they are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join their busy and growing company!

Production Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

* Lead production team to meet daily targets while maintaining quality

* Oversee production planning and ensure that everything is documented accurately

* Be forward thinking, driving continuous improvement initiatives with the aim to improve production processes

* Be responsible for staff retention, training and development

The ideal Production Manager will:

* Be experienced as a production supervisor or manager

* Have a strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
