Pre-construction Manager – Leicestershire/Northamptonshire

Pre-construction Manager – An excellent opportunity for an experienced pre-construction manager to join a successful main contractor in the East Midlands. An organised Pre-construction manager is required to lead a team from receipt of the tender information through to submission of the tender.

Experience

* HNC/Degree qualification, ideally in a relevant discipline.

* Proven experience working across multiple levels of an organization and collaborating with various departments, including technical and commercial.

* Experience in drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses. Additionally, the ability to work on several tenders (varying stages) at any given time.

Duties

* Agreeing, setting and delivering the tender strategy and managing the submission of the tender offer.

* Identify key risks in each tender and manage through to ensure they are mitigated.

* Technical reviews of tender information and aligning supply chain returns for compliance. Identify key risks in each tender and manage through to ensure they are mitigated.

Benefits

* Great basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000
