? Location: M4 Corridor (Site-Based 3-4 Days/Week) + Office-Based 1 Day/Week

Are you a Commercial Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading industrial new build specialist? Our client, a highly respected contractor specializing in steel frame construction, is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee commercial operations across multiple sites along the M4 corridor.

The Role:

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple industrial new build projects, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and successful project delivery. You will spend 3-4 days per week on-site managing commercial activities and 1 day per week in the office, working closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the commercial management of multiple steel frame industrial projects.

* Manage cost control, procurement, and contract administration.

* Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

* Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts.

* Identify and mitigate commercial risks

* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in industrial construction (preferably steel frame).

* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and cost management.

* Ability to work on-site 3-4 days per week and 1 day in the office.

* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel along the M4 corridor.
