A multi award winning cloud solutions provider based in the City of London is actively hiring for a self motivated, dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is predominantly focused on new business out of existing accounts as well as new logo business for mid market accounts.
The role:
* Manage and grow an existing base of mid-size customers
* Consistently forecast a healthy sales pipeline of new business within the accounts and brand new customers
* Roadmap new sales opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales and marketing
* Ensure all communication is logged internally on the CRM system
* Work directly with the Sales Director as well as immediate team players
* Provide first class customer service to all clients
* Attend, lead and present on customer meetings
The person:
* A minimum of 3 year’s experience selling connectivity products within the telecommunications industry
* A demonstrable track record of new business sales
* A natural team player
* Exemplary communication skills
* A problem solving mindset
