The Role:
The LPA Receivership Case Handler will support Receivers in managing their LPA Receivership caseload. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating with third parties such as solicitors, agents, surveyors, and insurers.
* Delivering high-quality service to clients and maintaining professional standards.
* Managing complex scenarios involving borrowers and tenants from diverse backgrounds.
* Ensuring effective case management and progression to meet client expectations.
* Assisting Receivers with the development and enhancement of the LPA Receivership service.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Preferable experience and understanding of the LPA Receivership process.
* Familiarity with property sales and lettings procedures.
* Some knowledge of property law.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
* Resilience and a results-driven mindset to handle challenging situations.
* Basic IT proficiency.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
