Payroll & Business Support Coordinator
Salary: Grade 5, £36,032 per annum
Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
Enhanced Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays & Christmas shutdown)

Do you have experience of working within a HR / payroll team, inputting system changes directly and reviewing output data? Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills?

• Support the reconciliation of monthly payrolls including; data input checks, querying net to net variances, calculating salary changes
• Support the Learning & Development team; responding to queries, processing formal learning requests, data cleansing
• Provide key support to the implementation and maintenance of HR, Learning and Recruitment platforms,
• Administer all benefits schemes and third-party payments arising from monthly payroll including; LGPS pension scheme, childcare vouchers
• Assist in year-end payroll activities, including implementation of pay scales, system data cleansing, alabaster
