Position: Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant

Hours:
7am-3pm
10am-6pm
2pm-10pm
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for Students at reception.
Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries in person, by phone, or via email.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and general queries.
Assist with maintenance requests, ensuring they are logged and communicated to the appropriate teams.
Help plan and support student community events and activities.
Monitor security by ensuring only authorized access to the building.What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reception role is required
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
A positive, approachable attitude with a can-do mindset.
