The Supervisor role:

Support the store manager with the daily operations of the store
Training and coaching the team
Lead by example and deliver excellent customer service
Grow and develop a loyal clientele in the area
Ensure high VM standards on the floor in line with company guidelinesThe Supervisor in return offering a salary of up to £28,000 + Benefits.
