Job Description:
As a HLTA, you will work across all year groups, collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality learning activities. Your role will include providing targeted support to students, delivering PE lessons, and managing classroom behaviour to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons.
Providing targeted support to enhance student learning outcomes.
Delivering PE lessons in line with the curriculum.
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Collaborating with teachers to support students with additional needs.
Contributing to school policies and practices.The successful candidate will have:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience as an HLTA or in an educational role.
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
