Job Advert: Plumber Required – Sunderland Area

Location: Sunderland and surrounding areas
Start Date: Monday 31st March 2025
Rate: Negotiable (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join a busy team in Sunderland. Our client is seeking a skilled tradesperson to work alongside a Joiner, completing first and second fix plumbing duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with ongoing work available all year round.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* First and second fix plumbing in domestic and commercial settings

* Installing pipework, sinks, toilets, showers, and radiators

* Working alongside a Joiner to complete bathroom and kitchen installations

* Identifying and fixing plumbing issues as needed

* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations

* Collaborating with other trades to ensure smooth project completion

What You’ll Need:

* Valid CSCS Card (Essential)

* Previous plumbing experience in first and second fix work

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Own transport preferred (A lift can be arranged if necessary)
