£25,300 + Bonus (£6000)

We are recruiting for a market leader within the FMCG industry, they are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Advisor to help ensure that the customers needs and expectations are being met.

Role:

* 70% inbound calls and 30% outbound calls with occasional emails.

* You will have a set amount of customers that you will deal with, aiming to build relationships and strengthen the partnership

* Being the first point of contact for any questions, queries or issues the customer is facing

* High volume of calls within a fast paced environment

* Working towards targets and KPI's

* Up-selling to customers

* Re-building relationships with lapsed customers

* Providing a first-class service to all customers.
