You will:
* Manage telephone calls, emails and other correspondences
* Manage meeting arrangements, including room, logistics and presentation set up
* Co-ordinate complex travel arrangements for UK and international travel
* Edit and prepare documents
* Assistant senior members of staff
* Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of facilities and offices
We need:
* Exceptional organisation skills
* Experience of complex diary and travel management
* Experience of dealing with confidential matters
* Proficient with MS office tools
* Time management and ability to multitask
