Management Accountant
Leamington Spa
Salary up to £40,000

Looking for an exceptional career opportunity in Finance? Join our client, a rapidly growing business based near Leamington Spa. As the Management Accountant, you'll have the chance to play a lead role in the financial operations of this high-growth group and work closely with key stakeholders across the business.

This role would suit someone looking for their first move out of practice, or someone with a history of financial and commercial experience, looking to take charge of the company finances.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reconcile quarterly VAT returns.
Handle monthly payroll reports reconciliation.
Stock & inventory management
Produce accurate monthly Management Accounts.
Support the year-end statutory audit process.
Assist with budgeting, cashflow management, and forecasts.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or part-qualified.
Understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Xero experience would be desirable.
An interest in sports would be desirable, but not essential.
