Are you an Assistant Manager or similar with an automotive parts background, looking to help manage a busy branch in one of the UK's leading vehicle parts suppliers, offering training, clear progression, and a lucrative bonus to reward your success?

This market leader operates across 12 locations across the South Yorkshire and Midlands, committed to staff development through an in-house training academy and promoting from within, with enhanced benefits for long-term service.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll ensure smooth branch operations, provide technical support to customers and staff, and drive growth by motivating the team to hit KPI targets.

This role will be suited to a Assistant Branch Manager or similar looking for a role that can offer a route to become branch manager and access to a lucrative bonus structure that can help boost your earnings.

The Role:
* Technical reference to customers and staff
* Liaising with customers face-to-face and on the telephone
* Help lead a tight-knit team
* Monday to Friday 40 hour week
* Alternate Saturday Shift 08:00 - 13:00

The Person:
* Assistant Branch Manager or similar
* Automotive background
* Commutable to Ossett
