M4 Recruitment are in partnership with UK’s Leading logistics company and are looking for had working enthusuatic Drivers mates/ Porter based in Crawley
As part of a 2-person crew you will be responsible for the delivery process of furniture. The role is customer facing and the client is well known with an excellent reputation requiring high professional standards from their staff. It is also a physical job and heavy lifting is a major part of the role so applicants must be physically fit.
You will be assigned shifts on a rota from Monday to Saturday, start times will be between 5-6am.
What we expect from our porters:
·Ensure all policies are adhered to.
·Ensuring all products are in good order.
·Passionate about delivering great customer service.
Pay Rate:
£13.25 per hour
After 48 Hours Per Week OT rate is £19.87 Per Hour
Shift Times & Working days
04:30am - 6am start
3 week shift rota:
Week 1 – Monday – Thursday
Week 2 – Wednesday – Saturday
Week 3 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday
Must be able to work atleast 2 Saturdays a month as a minium.
