Job Title: National Sales Manager – Service Contracts (Refrigeration & Chillers)
Role Overview:
Leading provider of refrigeration, chiller and cooling solutions, serving the food, beverage, and process sectors across the UK. Seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to lead a UK-wide team of Service Sales/ BDMs, driving growth in service contract sales and generating repair and maintenance opportunities for the Service division.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a national sales strategy for service contracts and aftersales solutions.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Service Sales BDMs across the UK.

Drive new business and expand the service offering within the food & beverage sectors.
*
Build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
*
Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
*
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales leadership within the refrigeration, chiller, or HVAC service industry.

Experience managing a sales team and driving service contract revenue.
*
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
*
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
