CNC Miller, Dorchester, £32,000 Per Annum

Rubicon is recruiting for two CNC Miller positions, one position that is solely machine, and a second position that is 50% machine & 50% mechanical fitting.

The machines run on Heidenheim and SMX programs.

Hours: 37 hours Monday – Thursday

As CNC Miller your duties will include:

Preparing and operating 3 Axis CNC Miller machines.
Operating manual machines such as Mills + Lathes.
Understanding specifications and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
Translating instructions into computer commands on CNC Miller machines
Supervising and making adjustments to the machines while they execute the tasks
Inspecting and measuring finished products
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
