We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team due to expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational and communication skills who is eager to thrive in the fast-paced recruitment industry.

Based in Hull

Monday to Friday 08:30am – 05:00pm (out of hours may be required)

Salary: £25000-£27000 DOE

Ability to speak Polish highly advantageous due to diverse workforce

Must hold a valid UK driving license with own transport

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

* Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment software.

* Support compliance processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.

* Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires.

* Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to meet targets and deadlines.

* Handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment, including correspondence and report preparation.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administration is desirable but not essential.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* A proactive and positive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving.

* Be fluent in English both written and spoken.

* Be able to prioritise to meet deadlines;
