This role will start off as a temporary position but will go to permanent very quickly. For the right person, they will consider straight to permanent.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the luxury housebuilding project from inception to completion.

- Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management within the housebuilding sector, preferably in luxury residential projects.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

- Relevant qualifications in construction or project management.
