Automotive Aftersales Background Required (Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, Logistics, Technicians etc.) We are in search of a Vehicle Off Road Executive to join our Client’s well-established Automotive Fleet Business in the Dorset area.

They are looking for someone with an Automotive Aftersales background (Commercial or Car) to improve and reduce the Vehicle Off Road performance for Customers/Drivers to vehicle off road time, increase communication and reduce costs and rental / replacement vehicles.

Our client is offering the successful Technical Support / Vehicle Off Road Executive:
£30,000-£33,000 Basic Salary
Monday to Friday Working Hours ONLY! (8.0 - 5pm!)
NO Weekends!
National Automotive Fleet Business - Head Office EnvironmentDuties of a Technical Support / Vehicle Off Road Executive:
Managing technical queries with Customers over the phone 
VOR case management to reduce costs as much as possible
Interaction with clients and maintaining account relationships
Technical information/advises support to customers
Part Expedition.What our Client expects of their Technical Support / Vehicle Off Road Executive:
Previous Aftersales background (LCV / Car / HGV Technician or Service Advisor / Workshop Controller)
Computer Literate 
Fantastic Telephone Manner 
Organised to manage own workload
Effective communicator with strong service ethic
Relationship management
