Downe House School are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Operations to lead our busy finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement in all financial operations.

The ideal candidate will be agile, tech-savvy, and proactive, embracing technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. A strong background in financial accounting, financial operations, payroll and audit is highly desirable, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards and accuracy in reporting.
