As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will:
Maintain high standards of patient care in line with operational policies
Enhance customer service and satisfaction for service users
Promote and safeguard the well-being of patients, employees, and consultants
Act as an advocate for junior team members and deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse when necessary
Provide individualised patient care with excellent standards
Uphold professional conduct according to NMC standards
To be considered for the Senior Registered Nurse position, you should have:
Registered General Nurse Level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies
Relevant clinical professional development and valid NMC Registration
Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent)
Strong clinical knowledge and awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
Basic workload and shift management skills
