Salary: £22,500 FTE

Primary Duties

Support the Catering Manager in delivery of cooking
To aid in the recording and culinary related administration requirements
Support on cooking duties linked to the refectory
To assist in planning, preparing and initiating the menu
Support the team in the completion of activities that ensure the kitchen runs smoothly in line with the required standards
Ensure food hygiene and allergen precautions are undertakenRequirements

Level 2 qualification in subject area including cookery
Experience of working in an education setting
Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
The ability to work under pressure in the kitchen
Experience of working well within a team
