Job Title: CNC Machinist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of CNC equipment, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment).

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.

Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.

Inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production.

What you need:

2+ years of experience in a CNC machining role.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
