This role involves working with customers to provide sustainable solutions, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth and professional sales process.

As the Sales Account Manager, you will:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and delivery.
- Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales campaigns and meet targets.
- Stay informed about market trends and share insights with customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of 2 years in sales, telesales, or account management roles.
- Strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to close deals.
- A proactive and results-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy.
- While a degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, relevant experience is also valued.
