The right candidate will need to have an excellent understanding of the lettings and property management process, with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience dealing with clients in the upper quartile of the market, along with a genuine passion for property.

Proficiency in administration and communication will be important for running reports on compliance and legislation. Excellent task management and organisational abilities are essential when dealing with enquiries, viewings, and diary management. This role also involves supporting and assisting the Office Manager in the day-to-day operations.

• Salary OTE up to £48,000 DOE
