**Please note this role is based in the office full time**

Your background & experience:

CIPD Level 5 or higher
Proven track record in HR generalist in Retail, Hospitality, Media or Technology
Innovative thinker
Collaborative and results driven
Strong relationship builder
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment What you will be doing

Collaborate on scalable on boarding and off boarding processes
Ensure a positive experience for employees and managers
Be the go-to for people policies, processes, and queries
Manage the entire employee journey, from on boarding to exit
Utilise HR technology for data-enabled strategies
Analyse workforce data and optimise processes
Create insightful HR dashboards
Benchmark and enhance their reward offerings
Lead reward-focused projects
Ensure competitive total rewards
Drive adoption of new systems and tools
