Our well-known client based in Surrey are looking for a Conference, sales and event coordinator to join their team either on a permanent basis or a 1 year FTC. The ideal candidate will have experience working in events and sales alongside a high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to all enquiries about the venue and upsell their services.
* Follow up on enquiries and conduct these into bookings.
* Provide first class service to all visitors and conduct showrounds
* Accurate completion of event contracts
* Assist with the planning and hosting of promotional events
Key requirements:
* Well organized and a high attention to detail
* The ideal candidate will have both events and sales experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* The ability to form great client relationships
* Hospitality experience
