Description

Preparing year-end service charge accounts.
Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
Managing and resolving service charge queries.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Reviewing and updating financial procedures and policies.
Participating in internal and external audits.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

A successful Service Charge Accountant should have:

A strong understanding of service charge accounting.
Experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
