M&E Engineer – TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile M&E Engineer to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a brand-new contract between Glasgow and Edinburgh on a permanent basis.

As a M&E Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.

If you are HVAC Biased - Tasks could include repairs to cooling units and AHU’s, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.

If you are Electrical Biased – Tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.

* The salary is £35,912/pa including additional wage from Door to Door pay.

* Monday – Friday working 40-hour weeks – 7am to 4pm

* There will also be 1 in 4 weeks on call and a weekend schedule every other weekend.

Requirements

You will be 18th Edition qualified or time served in the HVAC industry for a while. F-Gas preferable
