Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

£40,000 + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH

Your new role

* Working Monday – Friday, 40-hour week, across a commercial office building, based in Bristol.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties.

* Temperature tests, unblocking sinks, flushing, changing taps and showerheads, descaling, TMV checks, filter changes on AHU's, FCU's, replacing valves, bearings, emergancy light testing, fire alarm testing, and any other general building service duties.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
