Sellick Partnership is partnering with a Development Management client to find a Contracts Manager who will manage a range of exciting East Midlands based projects for the next 12-18 months, where you will manage them on a hybrid basis.

Your Projects role will include the following duties:

Acting in a client facing manner, updating clients and key decision makers
Project managing the on site delivery of numerous local projects/contracts
Ensuring works are completed on site in line with deadlines
Working towards project SLAs
Dealing with feasabilty through to construction stage
Processing variations and payments Essential criteria of the Contracts Management role is:

Driving licence with business use
Able to visit the office and sites 2-3 times a week
Educated to HND level in a relevant specialism
