Our client is looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join their team on an ongoing project in Aylesford. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of site safety, traffic management, and pedestrian control.

Key Responsibilities:

Directing site traffic and ensuring safe vehicle movement
Managing access and egress points in line with site regulations
Assisting with deliveries and coordinating vehicle movements
Enforcing health and safety protocols on-site
Communicating effectively with site teams and visitors

Requirements:

Valid CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshaller ticket (Blue or Red)
Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites
Strong understanding of site safety and traffic control procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
