Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Transport & Logistics Sector
Are you ambitious, motivated, and looking to work in a fast-paced team environment? We are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our office in Widnes.

Competitive salary: £25,000 - £28,500 (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission: OTE £28,000 - £35,000

Ongoing training and development, with access to industry-recognised qualificationsRole Overview:

Screening applications for drivers and industrial workers via telephone
Completing candidate registrations and placing them into temporary roles
Inducting candidates both in the office and on-site
Collaborating with clients to fulfil their recruitment needs
Participating in the 24-hour On-Call rota (one weekend every 4-5 weeks)
Completing training towards industry-recognised qualificationsAfter you have completed the Training you will complete business development activities including:-

Attending both new and existing client meetings
Engaging with potential clients by telephone, email and marketing activitiesWorking Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Participation in the 24-hour On-Call rotaExperience & Skills:

Previous Recruitment experience would be beneficial but not essential as we will provide all the training you need to succeed.
Motivated and Results Driven
Previous sales experience and a valid UK driving license is essential
