We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Part Time at our Darwen Asphalt Plant. This role involves interacting with customers to provide exceptional service and solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role is from Monday to Saturday 6AM to 10AM.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers, effectively handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Information Management: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
