We are delighted to be working with this law firm who are currently recruiting a paralegal within their Conveyancing team within their office close to Hounslow.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Typical duties include:

* Handling a caseload with minimal supervision from initial instruction through to post completion

* You will be working in the area of residential conveyancing

* Drafting legal documents

* Supporting fee earners

* Obtain and check legal documents and title deeds

* Acting as a main point of contact for clients

* Building and maintain relationships with clients and team members

Candidate specification:

* Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal - 12 months minimum

* Excellent organisation skills

* Great communication skills

* Ability to work to strong deadlines

* Experience using IT packages

* Team player
