A basic salary up to 65K + bonus
As Operations Manager / General Manager, you’ll enjoy autonomy, managing and motivating a team of Project / Operations Managers, and Site Crews whilst driving strategic decisions which positively influence the P&L.
What you’ll need
Proven experience in a management/leadership role overseeing a P&L.
Experience in developing strategic / business plans.
Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisation and leadership skills
Previous experience within events / event-based logistics.
Other Information
A basic salary of up to 65k + bonus
Company car or cash allowance on passing the probationary period
40hrs per week – Monday to Friday (8 – 5pm)
