Job title: Regional Facilities Manager (Maternity Contract)
Salary £45,000 - £50,000
Location: London (hybrid 1-2 days in the office)
An opportunity to join a well-established property management company in London has arisen for a Regional Facilities Manager covering a maternity contract.
The successful candidate will support the property management team in the delivery of FM services across a portfolio of residential buildings throughout London and the Southeast.
Risk management and contractor service is a key activity ensuring full compliance with building statutory requirements through regular inspection and audit. A recognised H&S qualification is required (IOSH or NEBOSH).
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, including S20 Consultation
* Prepare each site for risk assessment, maintaining a target compliance rating of 95% or above.
* Monitor all site personnel on a day-to-day basis including contractors
* Monthly property site visits and inspections
* Monitor project works
* Managing the service charge budget
* Manage and liaise with all management, technical and administration staff, on strategic and operation/service delivery issues.
* Mobilisation of new sites and efficient handover of other sites.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Proven Residential Facilities Management, with at least 5 years’ experience with multi-sites
* Knowledge of managing hard and soft services
* H&S Qualifications – IOSH
* Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
* Excellent communicator and contractor relationship skills
* Good time management and organisation skills
* Excellent attention to detail skills
* Good team player
* Full driving license
Working Hours Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30
