Positions Available:
Head Chef
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation.
· Develop and design new menus and dishes.
· Oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen budget management.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Train and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
· Expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Creativity and innovation in menu design.
Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
· Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
· Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards.
· Manage kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
· Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
· Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
· Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
· Team player with leadership skills.
Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook dishes in a specific section of the kitchen.
· Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining high standards.
· Ensure that dishes are prepared and presented according to specifications.
· Manage and train junior staff in your section.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.
Qualifications:
· Experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar position.
· Expertise in a specific kitchen section (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry).
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail.
Commis Chef
Responsibilities:
· Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
· Learn and follow recipes and kitchen procedures.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
· Help with stock management and inventory.
· Eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
Qualifications:
· Some experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
· Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
· Enthusiasm for food and cooking.
Essential:
· Basic food hygiene certificate required
· Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate required
