General Teaching Assistant

About the Role

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, as well as assisting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing in-class support to teachers and students.

• Working 1:1 with students or in small groups to ensure individual learning needs are met.

• Supporting the preparation of learning materials and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

• Collaborating with teachers and SEN coordinators to deliver tailored support.
