DK Recruitment is working with an award-winning company to help them find a Financial Reporting Accountant. This is a key role, essential in maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders both within and outside the company.

The Role

As Financial Reporting Accountant, you will act as a main point of contact for external accounting teams and play a vital role in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports for the parent company
Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and compliance with agreements
Supporting the preparation of tax packs and liaising with external advisors
Providing financial expertise to the finance team
Handling advanced accounting tasks during month-end processes
Managing complex or unusual financial transactions
Assisting with audits and annual accounts preparation
Supporting internal control processes
Providing ad-hoc support to senior finance staff as needed About You:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Strong knowledge of accounting standards
Good understanding of financial compliance in large organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in IT systems, including ERP systems and Excel
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure as part of a busy team This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move from practice into industry
