Your Role:

Lead and manage the home to ensure high-quality care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Support children with complex needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Develop care plans that promote well-being, independence, and positive outcomes.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of residential support workers.

Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and risk management.

Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and external agencies.
