Randstad are recruiting for a Site Agent at Europe's busiest airport Heathrow.
Our client is a highly reputable main tier contractor who has been awarded the major civils and resurfacing contract at Heathrow Airport.
You'll play a key role in the success of their civil engineering projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
Project Management: You'll oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and organizing work to ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Contractor Management: You'll effectively manage contractors, ensuring they meet their responsibilities, deadlines, and quality standards.
Leadership & Collaboration: You'll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You'll Bring:
Degree in Civil Engineering or HNC/HND Equivalent
Proven experience working on civil engineering projects (IDEALLY WITHIN AN AIRPORT ENVIRONMENT OR PAVEMENTS) demonstrating a strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
Previous Airside Security Clearance highly desirable
Project Management Skills: Strong technical and project management abilities, including the ability to develop work package plans, task briefing sheets, and implement safe systems of work.
Safety & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations and their implementation, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Leadership & Organization: Excellent organizational and management skills, allowing you to effectively lead teams and ensure projects stay on track.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
