Job Title: Substance Misuse Nurse
Location: London
Rate: £36k - 47k dependent on experience, pro rata for part time hours.
Permanent position

Job responsibilities

Assessments of physical and mental health
Develop partnerships and alliances with people who have problems with substance misuse.
Providing screening and education on BBV (blood borne viruses) and Hepatitis B injections when necessary
Training service users and staff on Naloxone, making sure Naloxone is distributed to service users at all timesRequirements

BA in Nursing and Active NMC Pin
Experience of working within substance misuse
Empathetic, non-judgemental and professional attitude to all stakeholders and service users
