Are you an experienced SEN Caseworker with a proven track record of managing complex caseloads and navigating the statutory assessment process? We're seeking a dedicated professional to take charge of the EHC needs assessment for a designated locality.
Your Impact:
Manage a caseload of 250+ children and young people with EHC plans
Ensure timely assessments and reviews within statutory guidelines
Act as the key point of contact for families, schools, and professionals
Provide expert guidance during tribunals and complex cases
Drive high-quality outcomes while juggling deadlines, meetings, and data managementYou Bring:
12+ months in a similar role within local authorities
Experience in managing 20-week assessments, annual reviews, and preparing tribunal packs
Strong knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014, SEN Code of Practice, and related education policies
